Came out to my house first thing to help me with an airlock on my hot tub. Blake was very knowledgeable and professional. When I stopped in the store for chemicals,didn't try to oversell me, wrote down what I needed to do, and encouraged me to call with any questions.

Spa guru “DJ” Showed up and fixed our leak very quick. He also took the time to go back to the shop and search through spare parts And found a jet grill for our 24 year old spa. Thanks

Wow, what a perfect example of a small town local retailer and service company that we have an OBLIGATION to support. We had an issue on our spa that was inherited from the homes seller. Homespun knew about the problem and also advised the complexity of the repair. The seller did not take the advise of Homespun. We stepped into a landmine to say the least. Well, let me tell you.....Doug, Phillip , Sara and everyone else were incredible! Knowing it is so hard to get a new spa now due to COVID, they literally took the entire system apart and all the pvc parts , manifolds etc and rebuilt at their office. It was really hard work! Yesterday, this bad boy powered up and works amazing with no leaks and pure comfort. This was not a tub they well or even service and they took it on. This is WHY we support local. Very happy customer and all the best to those guys!

Shop here first!!! These guys truly care about others. Their customers, employees, and service are above all others I've dealt with for my spa and related needs. We got a large green egg from them years ago. The price COULD NOT BE BEAT! Sara and Doug were a delight to work with. They even delivered it to us. I will always remain loyal to them. I feel like they've became part of our family. We make a point to see them whenever we are in town just to say hello.

I absolutely love this store!! The owners know their products, from hot tubs, chemicals, fire places, window coverings, Green Eggs and more. They are honest hardworking individuals. Homespun Comforts has a large service range, not only servicing Pagosa Springs, but surrounding communities from South Fork to Bayfield down to Chromo. This is not a BIG city box store with fly-by-night service contractors and do not run 24/7. They are a small town business with a husband and wife running the shop and doing their BEST to provide quality products and service. If you treat these people how you want to be treated, they will go out of their way to do right by you!

Don't listen to some of these angry posters that must not have anything to do but complain about issues they refuse to take blame for. We enjoy a wonderful working relationship with them. This is the best hottub store around and has been great repair experience for us for over 4 yrs. When we first purchased they located an electrician to wire it when none were available. We had an electrical surge which was no fault of the hottub but from electrical storm and a breaker was replaced before the tub had cooled. Had a custom fire ring installed by them and are very happy sitting around it on cool evenings. They work very hard to please and accomodate you. They always help you find something even if its something they dont even sell it. And they sell and install a number of other home related products as well. Thanks Homespun Comforts!

Thankful to Stuart Scull and his team at Homespun Hot Tubs. Our hot tub was leaking and had no idea who we would get to fix it as it was on the Thanksgiving holiday. I posted an FB ad asking for recommendations and Stuart responded immediately and came out to assess the issue. We made arrangements to have his team come out and fix the issue. In the meantime, Stuart offered advice on how to deal with it in the meantime. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity.
